Preparing the trip to Macedonia

Finally school is over! Finished all my subjects for the first year of Journalism in Utrecht. But now the real work for my trip to Macedonia is starting.

I went to the university libary and found some books about Macedonia, and guess which one was next to it: Albania. So I also took that one. And next to it some more about the Balkan, also interesting. Finally I ended up with five books. Still not enough, a lonely planet is always handy. No I got a few days left to get as much knowledge in me… and pack my stuff.

One needle in my left arm, another one in my right. That was the second part of my preparation. getting a vaccination against DPT and Hepatites A. Both are adviced for Macedonia and Albania.
